Yeah, I get it's a little blurry, but it was taken with a pocket digital with a 3X zoom, from the patio.

Same day, different critter, even closer.  Probably about 200 yards off shore.

We thought whales only did this kind of thing for Marlon Perkins on "Wild Kingdom".  We didn't know they'd do it for us all day long.  This was in February.  300 yards out.

You get to play in the water, too.  Fat-boy here, a.k.a. The Great White Whale, (that would be me) fixin' to catch a nice little 5-footer.
